Can parents go with the band to Chicago?
Yes, all parents and families are welcomed to go with the band.
How do we sign up?
Complete a trip application for each person attending.
How much does it cost?
Price is per person depended upon on how many people are staying in a room. For example, if a single adult stayed in a room by themselves, it would cost them $828. If two people stayed in a room, it would cost $638 each. And if four people stay in a room, it will cost $543 per person. Generally we book students 4 per room, so their cost is $543 each.
When do I need to turn in our form and first payment?
December 1, 2009. The tour company must make hotel and bus arrangements so they need commitments from anyone wishing to attend this trip.
Please note, your family Fair Share ($200) Must be paid in full before payments will be applied to the trip. The first $100 Fair Share payment was due in September and the final $100 payment is due December 1.
Just like our Atlanta trip, Students will have the opportunity to sign up for bus and room assignments.
Will you have enough chaperones?
Yes, based on previous trips, we will have plenty of adults to properly chaperone the students.
